Adding SNES

I don't need much info, just get an idea if this will be positive or be work for nothing.

Remember: anyone can post or vote, their will still be unlimited gaming time if you create our own SNES emulator later, still no malicous advertisments, no requirments to make an account, and everything is free.

I have made more progress on the SNES java-based browser emulator, if I had to make a rough estimate of how far I am based off the time I've been able to spend on it is 20% of the programming (outlining and some processing fuctions), but on top of all programming there will still be testing and debugging which is very monotonous.

I have pretty much finished my work of an SNES emulator ran on JVM but I will continue to keep the emulator private untill I can properly posses the materials to legally host the emulator, games, license (not GPU), and other additional resorces all on my own server space.

Some of the current issues I am have include, but are not limited to:
- No online capabilities
- No gun
- No snapshot function
- No emulation pause functions
- Some graphics glitches
- Save states can't be created some games
- Better frame buffering
- Sound does not work for all games
- Some broken games
